The DOHaD 2017 congress starts with 4 different 1-day-pre-congress workshops on October 15th. The number of participants per workshop is limited, so please make sure you register as soon as possible.

Payment of your registration fee will be possible via:
Erasmus MC- Congresbureau handles the registration fee payments regarding the 10th World Congress on Development Origins of Health and Disease.
After registration and payment of the registration fee you will receive a letter of confirmation with a proof of payment (pdf by e-mail) for your administration.
As a participant of the congress, you carry full responsibility for the payment of your registration fee, also if your employer will pay the fee. Should you be unable to attend the congress, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. In this case the original participant should provide an e-mail message with the cancellation, mentioning the name of the substitute delegate, before September 15, 2017 to the congress secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Cancellation requests must be e-mailed to the DOHaD 2017 Congress secretariat. For cancellations on or before August 15, 2017, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. No refunds are issued for cancellations received after August 15, 2017.
All participants must have a valid passport in order to enter The Netherlands. Citizens of some countries may need to obtain a visa before arrival. For further information please contact the nearest Dutch Embassy or Consulate to check visa regulations. Delegates must, of course, meet the normal requirements, i.e. they must possess valid travel documents and sufficient means of support. Delegates requiring a visa for entry to The Netherlands are strongly advised to make their application in their home countries at least three months before the intended date of travel. Visa application procedures are easier when the acknowledgement of registration is included.
Participants from some countries outside Europe will require a visa. Upon request the DOHaD 2017 Congress secretariat will send a confirmation of registration (by e-mail in a PFD-file) after receipt of the full payment of the registration fee.
